Freshmax mixed pickles salad!
Carrots and cauliflower from freshmax halve lengthwise and divide cauliflower into small florets. Wash potatoes, peel and cut into thick sticks. Pearl onions and baby corn from freshmax.Drain, halve lengthwise baby corn....In a saucepan, bring 1.5 liters of water to a boil. clear vegetable broth to dissolve. Carrots, potatoes and cauliflower cooked in it about 5 minutes and drain well. Measure 50 ml of the broth and remove.Tarragon and parsley, wash, shake dry leaves from the stems and chop finely. Athenian Salad
Ingredients (serves 4)

600 g tomatoes, 1 freshmax cucumber 125 g sheep’s cheese 10 each green and black olives, ared chillis from freshmax, 1 bottle of Salatsauce Yoghurt & Garlic 2 tbsp chopped pine nuts and walnuts.

Preparation Wash the tomatoes, remove stalk parts, peel the cucumber and slice both, decoratively arrange on a large plate. Crumble the sheep’s cheese, spread the olives on top and sprinkle with Salatsauce Yoghurt & Garlic. Roast the nuts in a coated pan, sprinkle over the salad and serve. Goes well with crispy olive ciabatta. Preparation time: approx. 20 minutes.

Balsamico Steaks
Ingredients for 4 : 600 g small potatoes (triplets) 5 tbs. cooking oil freshly ground salt coarsely ground pepper 1 (250g) carton of quark 1 carton of crème fraîche (= 150g) 3 tbs. of mixed, chopped herbs (e.g. thyme, marjoram, sage 2 cloves of garlic 4 beef steaks (each approx. 200 g) 60 ml Balsamico.

Preparation Pre-heat the electric oven to 200 degrees. Wash the potatoes thoroughly, cut them in half lengthwise, mix with two tablespoons of oil and season with salt and pepper. Spread potatoes on a baking sheet and bake in oven for approx. 30 to 40 minutes till golden brown (electric and gas oven: 200 degrees/level 4, fan oven 180 degrees). Mix quark with crème fraîche and herbs and season with salt and pepper. Peel and crush garlic. Season steaks with pepper and garlic and fry to your own taste in three tablespoons of hot oil. Salt steaks and decorate with Balsamico and freshmax corn on cop or cucumber.

Fresh salad with freshmax pickles!
Take fresh broccoli and cook it briefly in salted water. Take freshmax mixed pickles and mix them roses with the broccoli.
